Location: Catch A Wave is nestled in the Beach Camp neighborhood of Seabrook, overlooking the Pacific Ocean along the Olympic Peninsula. The cabin is perfectly positioned just a short walk (10-15 minutes) to the downtown shops, dining, restaurants, and beach. Beach Camp also has its own community firepit with firewood stocked for guest use. Outdoor Space: The property has outdoor spaces in the front and the back of the cabin. Relax on the front covered patio or gather in the spacious & fenced in backyard which backs up to a greenbelt, complete with Adirondack chairs, a private hot tub, picnic table, and fire table. Kitchen & Dining: Catch A Wave comes with a fully stocked kitchen and everything you need for easy meals in—including pots and pans, utensils, dishes, a knife set, cutting boards, and more. The dining area seats four for cozy dinners or breakfast before beach adventures. Coffee Bar: We have a Keurig provided for your stay with everything you need to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Living Room: Kick back and relax in the cozy living area, featuring seating and entertainment options alongside a gas fireplace. There is a 50" Roku TV with streaming services. Master Bedroom: Located on the primary floor, the master bedroom has a queen size mattress, hotel style bedding, & closet with shelves. This bedroom includes the door to your private backyard. Second Bedroom/Loft: Up the ladder, you’ll find two twin beds, a second TV, and an Xbox gaming setup—a favorite for younger guests. We keep a selection of games on hand, but feel free to bring your favorites from home! Bathroom: The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and comes stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer—all the essentials to keep things easy. Laundry: For added convenience, a full-sized washer and dryer are available for guests during their stay. For Dog Owners: Dogs are family here. We provide dog bowls, a dog bed, beach towels, and more to make your pup feel right at home. Seabrook is full of dog-friendly touches. **THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY! No smoking is allowed inside the home or outside on the property. If there is any sign of smoking after your checkout, there will be a $150 charge added to your stay. **MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD TO RENT! **Please rinse off before entering the hot tub. Excessive sand in the hot tub will require the renter to pay an additional $100 to cover the draining and cleaning of the hot tub. Close Hot tub cover when not in use. *Please note: This rental does not offer access to Seabrook's Pools/Gym and we will not charge a resort fee. Please book directly with Seabrook Rentals to utilize the swimming pools, spa, & gym. **Please remove your shoes upon entry into the cabin. **CATCH A WAVE'S DOG POLICY: Our home is limited to 2 dogs at a time. An additional charge of $45 will be charged for any additional pets not priorly approved. Please do not leave a dog unattended in our home or your car at any time, unless crated. If you forgot your crate, they can be purchased at The Salty Dog in town. Please keep dogs off of furniture and beds at all times. There are doggie stations all over town with poop bags and waste bins, please pick up after your dog. The closest station is at the end of our driveway on the left. There is cold water available on the post in the backyard In addition. Your pooch can run off leash on the beach or in the dog park, as well as our fenced back yard. Please keep them on a leash in all other areas. **There will be a $50 fee to clean excess hair up; damages will be charged to the card on file. Any professional services will be billed as well. **Winter Weather Advisory: During the winter months on the Washington coast, it's not uncommon for storms to occasionally cause power outages. In the unlikely event this happens during your stay, please know that we have equipped the house with flashlights and other essentials to ensure your comfort and safety. We recommend keeping these items handy and staying informed about the weather forecast during your visit. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. While we understand this may be an inconvenience, please note that refunds are not available in these situations. **RESPONSIBILITY FOR CHILDREN / MINORS Adults traveling with children and minors are solely responsible for them and their actions. There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool or hot tub. There is no supervision on the hiking trails, biking trails, and any Seabrook communal areas. **Beach / Liability Owner or Agent shall not be liable for damages resulting from injury to any person in connection with this Rental Agreement while using the beach. GUESTS agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agent and/or Owner from any liability, loss or obligation resulting from any such injuries. Guests are aware that beach activities can be hazardous and are voluntarily using the with knowledge of the danger involved. **Disputes/Liability HOST shall not be liable for damages resulting from injury to any person or any person's property in connection with this Rental Agreement or while on the premises. GUESTS agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agent or Owner from any liability, loss or obligation resulting from any such injuries or damages. **Maximum Occupancy Please note that exceeding the maximum allowed guest occupancy could result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with forfeiture of all payments. Any increase in the number of guests without prior approval from the owner may incur additional charges at the owner’s discretion.
