Excessive sand in the hot tub will require the renter to pay an additional $100 to cover the draining and cleaning of the hot tub. By booking this property, guests assume all liability for the use of the elevator, and the hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or malfunctions that may occur. **Please remove your shoes upon entry into the home. **WISH YOU WERE HERE DOG POLICY: Our home is limited to 2 dogs at a time. An additional charge of $75 will be charged for any additional pets not priorly approved. Please do not leave a dog unattended in our home or your car at any time, unless crated. If you forgot your crate, we have a small two medium size crate available for you to use. Please keep dogs off of furniture and beds at all times. There are doggie stations all over town with poop bags and waste bins, please pick up after your dog. Your pooch can run off leash on the beach or in the dog park. Please keep them on a leash in all other areas. **There will be a $100 fee to clean excess hair up; damages will be charged to the card on file. Any professional services will be billed as well. **Winter Weather Advisory: During the winter months on the Washington coast, it's not uncommon for storms to occasionally cause power outages. In the unlikely event this happens during your stay, please know that we have equipped the house with flashlights and other essentials to ensure your comfort and safety. We recommend keeping these items handy and staying informed about the weather forecast during your visit. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. While we understand this may be an inconvenience, please note that refunds are not available in these situations. **RESPONSIBILITY FOR CHILDREN / MINORS Adults traveling with children and minors are solely responsible for them and their actions. There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool or hot tub. There is no supervision on the hiking trails, biking trails, and any Seabrook communal areas. The elevator is available for guest use; however, parents or guardians are fully responsible for ensuring children use it safely and are supervised at all times. Any misuse or accidents resulting from unsupervised use will be the responsibility of the supervising adults. **Beach / Liability Owner or Agent shall not be liable for damages resulting from injury to any person in connection with this Rental Agreement while using the beach. GUESTS agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agent and/or Owner from any liability, loss or obligation resulting from any such injuries. Guests are aware that beach activities can be hazardous and are voluntarily using the with knowledge of the danger involved. **Sublet The unit CANNOT be sublet, shared or assigned. Only the persons shown on the booking form are permitted to stay in the property. If deemed necessary, we will remove unauthorized guests from the property, without reimbursement, and we will not be liable for the cost of alternative accommodations. **Disputes/Liability HOST shall not be liable for damages resulting from injury to any person or any person's property in connection with this Rental Agreement or while on the premises. GUESTS agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agent or Owner from any liability, loss or obligation resulting from any such injuries or damages. **Maximum Occupancy Please note that exceeding the maximum allowed guest occupancy could result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with forfeiture of all payments. Any increase in the number of guests without prior approval from the owner may incur additional charges at the owner’s discretion.

Shortly after booking, Truvi will contact you via email and/or text with simple instructions to complete the screening. This helps us ensure our property is aligned with your group’s needs and that house rules will be respected. A non-refundable fee is required to complete the verification.
